Services provided:
The clinic is staffed by volunteer physicians, nurses, pharmacists, mental health counselors, and volunteers, who provide treatment for:
- basic non-emergency healthy care
- pharmacy services, able to supply most medications
- chronic health issues
- laboratory tests and x-rays
- mental health problems
- limited visions and hearing referral
- dental cleaning, assessment and limited referral
- limited specialists referral
How do you qualify?
You must be a Branch County resident, 18-years of age or older; not be currently covered by health insurance, or be under-insured; have eligibility determined on an individual basis.
What do you bring?
Please bring proof of Branch County residence; Michigan Driver's License or picture ID.
*If you filed previous year's Federal income tax return, you must bring a copy with you. If you did not file you must have: proof of current income (last pay stub, Social Security, unemployment, etc.); if covered by Medicaid, we need a letter from Human Services stating that you have a spend-down of greater than $300.
