Came in during my lunch as a walk in for a hair cut my very first time as a customer. Showed them a couple of pictures of what I wanted. Got exactly what I wanted!! Great conversation, friendly atmosphere, clean and professional. Best price around for the best cut I've gotten since I came to Yuma

I had an appointment at 4:00 but they took us in at 3:00 but that is the only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars. Everything else was very disappointing. First of all, we showed the lady who I think her name started with an a. To be honest, I didn't bother remembering her name since I am not going back. So I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did they exact opposite of what I wanted. I felt like she did whatever she wanted. Then, I tried starting a conversation with her and she simply wouldn't respond. After I left, not even ten minutes later they were already falling off. My lashes only lasted a week. A WEEK, when I payed 100 dollars for them. I did everything I was supposed to do and they still fell off. She was also in a hurry which maybe the reason for the low quality, but she still should've taken her time. My cousin who came with me to also get her lashes done experienced the same thing. I very disappointed, angry and upset. I would not be going back ever. I would not recommend this place for lashes. I can not say the same for the other services. All in all, don't go for lashes especially with the lady whose named started with an a.Service: Eyelash extensions

I was very unhappy with the whole experience. I did not receive good, quick,friendly service nor what I had asked for after showing a picture of what I wanted, she messed up my hair.I ended up having to get a haircut somewhere else because she didn't cut my hair and then I had to re-do my hair color by myself after spending $200 here . Pretty mad about it!! The appointment took so long I mostly sat there and waited as she took walk ins despite me having an appt in the afternoon, I didn't leave to go home until night time.Not to mention it was uncomfortable and I felt like I was ignored most of the time. They don't communicate or call you back . I Don't recommend this place very unproffesional!

Everyone is so nice here! I went for the first time and I felt so welcomed. I will definitely be returning for all my beauty needs.
