Love my color however had to wait 30 mins after my scheduled time, also the hair stylist was rough washing the color out left scratches on the back of my neck that were visible the next day. When I went to wash my hair one week later and still happening, the color stained my towls never had this happen before only 3 stars from me and that's being nice

Quick and efficient haircut for my 2 year old. Called and they had an appointment available in half an hour.

I had Echo as a stylist when I came here for a haircut. She was extraordinarily polite and made sure she understood what I was asking before she started cutting. She gave me different options and ideas which was greatly appreciated. Very lovely to talk to and made the whole process smooth. Additionally I was offered a tea which was a lovely surprise. My experience was good great customer service and what I wanted with my hair was ok price was reasonable too.

Walked in, got the hair cut I wanted, no problem, no waiting. You can also book an appointment.

The staff are friendly and nice. The salon is clean and tidy. Perfectly waxed eyebrows

I was looking for a small barrelled curling iron. The receptionist cled sent  a very knowledgeable stylist over to assist me. She really knew so much about all the various types of hair irons. I was impressed and  it makes me confident that the staff knows about styling hair as well. Very good experience.
