First Impressions S.C. Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics-Wausau

Cannot speak highly enough of this place! My kids have loved going here for years. (The slide helped encourage them when they were little. ) They've taken care of our usual dental needs, some pretty specialized medical needs, and our orthodontic needs. Everyone there is amazing! They are even able to make an appointment for four kids at once without a year's notice.

My two older daughters went to First Impressions while they were growing up in the Rhinelander Office. They could not wait to go to the dentist. Extremely friendly staff, inviting atmosphere, and I always knew my children were getting the best pediatric dental care around. Now our 8 year old daughter goes to the First Impressions office in Wausau and she loves going just like her big sisters used enjoy going! Thank you so much for many years of amazing service!!!!

We had been going to Rhinelander office, they since have stop accepting our insurance, so we traveled to the Wausau office for the first time. My child was nervous about her appointment since she got up this morning, so I assured her it would be ok, and I would go back with her. When I started to walk with her and the hygienist, I was told I couldn't go back with her. I did NOT accept this answer. I was able to go back and explained to the hygienist that she was uncomfortable about it and so was I. The staff was great, but I am uncomfortable with sending my child with strangers, regardless of their profession.

My 3 year old daughter was nervous about the dentist. But when she walked in and saw the slide, she immediately was very excited. The staff was sweet to her and made her feel proud of doing well. It is a great place for Kids and she said "I like that place" and wanted to go back...Pretty good job guys!

An amazing place for kids. They were so great with my 18 month old and they have toys for all ages. The staff was amazing. Explained things well to me and my daughter. Including what they were going to do. Even did things on her teddy bear first so she could see it done!
