I have been banking here since 2004, and have only nice words for Grand Valley (Preferred Credit Union). I have always dealt with Julie, however the rest of the staff are more than helpful! Since moving to Grand Rapids 3 years ago, no other bank has enticed me to switch my long time loyalty to PCU. PCU's savings rates are great, their interest rates are excellent, and new loans are a simple and enjoyable process. They are a 5 star organization, I highly recommend them.
