This is not a good place to have your detailing done as they do NOT detail your vehicle. I took my vehicle there and had to ask them to do the things they should automatically do when cleaning your car, such as, return your floor mats to you. They did NOT detail the inside of the car, when I ran my finger along the inside the dash it was covered in ashes as the previous owner was a smoker. The grooves were caked with dust and dirt, after I picked it up from supposedly being detailed. The Mirror and the window of the display console for the car and stereo were all splattered also with some sort of spots I had to clean off myself. There was still coffee in the drink holder of the centre console which was there when brought it in. The trunk had paint in the carpet which I had to tell them to take out and took them 5 minutes to do, again why would I have to ask if this was a detail shop? They did not adequately detail the outside either, and only power-washed the outside. Since this was to be paid for by the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, I informed the dealership what had happened and felt they should not be charged for such a poor job. For the price they were asking, they didn't even do half of the work. I know this because I used to be a detailer for a car rental company. When the dealership contacted the detail company, they attempted to say I said nothing to them of the issues and concerns I had. I can only say that I as a woman should never do these things alone as I was by myself when I dropped off and picked up the vehicle. It is really a shame I cannot upload pictures to show you how poorly this job was done.
