Last year I hired Closed Loop to do the maintenance on my beloved Hyundai Accent and to detail it after a miserable winter... meaning I was carting around two rather dirty dogs much of the time! They did such a good job, I had them do it again this year! I love that they pick up and deliver my car... so easy for me!

I called Andrew at Closed Loop to take care of my JDM Toyota LandCruiser when the alternator died and left my wife and two kids stranded with no vehicle while I was out of town. He located the parts and ordered them for overnight delivery (which is not easy to do for a JDM vehicle, you can't just call up a regular auto parts store), and had the alternator and belts replaced, and the Cruiser was up and running the next day. Top notch service. I recommend Closed Loop to everyone.

Closed Loop came to our place to check out our vehicle that was having issues. They brought it in, diagnosed and fixed it promptly. They also took care of some upkeep as well. Very good service, highly recommend.

These guys rock! I've called them three times now for oil changes and yesterday they replaced my brake pads and rotors- all while I was at work!. They provided me with an affordable and honest quote prior to the work being done, they were flexible with timing and location, and completed the job within only a few hours! I recommend their services to everyone! My husband has also called them for waterless washes, and a windshield replacement. Andrew has always been very helpful and personable, and has made a point to follow up with me when he knows my oil changes are due! I love that he keeps me on track with my regular maintenance. Thank you guys for the excellent service!

Amazeballs! Great, friendly service with a smile. The best part is I don't have to leave the house, so I can get house work done while waiting for the work to be done! What more could I ask for. :)
