Nice, Clean, very pleasant! it has an electric car charging station just in front, with convenience of ample parking. I would recommend slightly extended hours at night, as closing at 5 PM is too early for many people who would like to enjoy their late afternoon stay. 7 PM would be ideal.
An average coffee shop. Pretty inconsistent drink quality, they never taste the same twice. Staff and baristas aren't very friendly, they don't take the time to chat with you or get to know you. They serve you quickly and send you on your way. Not sure if there's a standard or recipe for drinks but perhaps making sure staff are trained to prepare things properly, it would ensure every drink tastes the same. I do enjoy the drinks but get upset at the fact that they don't ever taste the same as the one before

Whether you like traditional coffee or inventive craft made drinks this joint is for you, there seasonal recipes usually have somthing you'll enjoy. Ranging from the sweeter side to more subdued. The sandwich/wraps are all good and the baked goods are usually fresh
Wonderful 49th Parallel coffee brewed the way you like it. Easy social distancing. Perfect walking distance to the beach. Take your own coffee mug ...fill it up and go explore the Southlands. Covered outdoor and indoor seating.
We arrived 8 minutes before they were closing with our 3 kids who just wanted cold drinks. The staff member on duty let us stand there completely ignoring us for 2-3 minutes before informing us they were closed. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. It was also unfortunate because our kids love this place and it’s the only dining option in Southlands at the moment. I think we’ll pass on this Prado in the future!
Great addition to the Tsawwassen coffee scene! Open, bright, interior that is inviting and warm. And they serve 49th Parallel Coffee which is one of the best local roasters!
Located in a quite and beautiful neighbourhood. Latte and chai latte are both good.
I’ve been to several Prado locations and they are ALL good! Growing up in Tsawwassen I was pleasantly surprised to see this location in the new SouthLands development. I had a London Fog which was delicious. We sat outside in the Adirondack chairs which was really nice.
Prado is a great local cafe. A perfect rest stop for long bike rides! They have wonderful service, great outdoor seating, and today I tried the Chorizo Breakfast Wrap and it was delicious!
