Friendly helpful staff however they did a deck install and it ended up being 100$more then what they quoted and the speakers have huge static issues from the deck that they didn't bother to mention

Great quality merchandise for an affordable rate. They helped me finance a home entertainment system when I was renovating my basement and money was tight. Now I have an amazing surround sound set up with ceiling speakers and wall mount tv, etc.

Powered Up Audio Video in Owen Sound is the best place to shop! This Garrett Knight guy doesn't have any of his facts straight at all. The original owner of the store had no choice but to take it back over. He sold it, and the people he sold it to didn't fulfill their obligations (this sort of thing happens quite a but unfortunately). He obviously didn't contact the store and explain his situation like I did. My friends and I were owed product from "the other store" and he fixed me up no problem at all, and for that I will shop with him forever (well as long as he owns it anyway).
