They don’t call you back. Spoke to electrician who came out to house regarding service upgrade. Called me back in the evening saying that their supervisor/manager who deals with service upgrades said it shouldn’t be too much of an issue to do overhead upgrade but will confirm. Called electrician back 2 days later for an update but he basically told me to be patient. Never got a call back. Service upgrade completed with another company within 2 weeks. Seems like a big company with a lot of workers but communication between their electricians and management needs to improve.

Edit: Shortly after this review I got a call from management to apologize and offered me some additional services. Review updated from 1 to 3 stars.
