Ive been going to PI regularly for almost 10 years. First time I've ever had noticeable and sustainable results from working out. One on one training and the trainers have become good friends over the years. I'm creeping up on 60 and my strength, tone and flexibility have never been better.

A+. 3 years of working out there. Tough workouts, but all workouts should be tough. I see great results, quickly. They tailored my work-out plan to work around my many injuries so I'm getting fit and doing rehab at the same time. Really knowledgeable people and super friendly. Great job Ron and Darryl.
