Story

Pourquoi Pas Espresso Bar was started by two baristas who wanted to create an environment where they could share and enjoy great coffee in great company.

We want to have a personal connection with our customers in order to share our experiences and knowledge while continuing to learn from them.

We carry coffee from Pilot Coffee Roasters and brew espresso and aeropress (for now).

This was the best coffee of my trip to Montreal. Just off the beaten trail of Aires Libres, it's a great stop. It's a cozy little space with some nice artwork and a welcoming staff. We really enjoyed our visit here.
The warmest service and the most delicious coffee in the area. Their matcha au lait is as well good. Various non-milk options and healthy desserts are available.
very nice little coffee bar. I had a cortado and maple cake. v tasty.
Flavor. Character. Silky. Also the coffee is superb. Thank you for the tasting and conversations. You sir are professional, educator and fantastic human being.
I’m not expert of coffee but I can taste easily that their coffee is different from others, stronger coffee flavour. Cute spot and you can choose either normal milk or vegan milk.
Hidden Gem , amazing gear , very knowledgeable barista . Easy 5 stars . Loved the espresso
Great coffee and snacks vegan options available. Good cafe to study in as it is quiet and there is good lighting. The service is very friendly as well! You can order a beetroot or golden milk latte not on the menu which was pleasant! Overall a great cafe to have in the area!
Very good vegan, gluten-free pastries. Small cafe with a few tables, good home-made almond milk. Cute, small cafe. My life saver in Montreal when I wanted a good coffee with a pastry.
Great little espresso bar with a friendly barista. Good spot to just get refreshed or to sit at the big table and get some work done. They use excellent beans imported from Toronto roasteries and the care they put into the preparation is obvious when it's served to you. Grab a seat in the window and enjoy the people watching.
