Okay cafe to stop and enjoy a beverage. The smoothies were chunky but tasted okay.
Big, quiet cafe that is easy to miss from the outside. My drink was underwhelming though.
We came here because it was one of the very few cafes that were open on December 31. The server was so kind. There is lots of light in the cafe, and good music. The coffee tasted great. And I love that there was wifi as well.
Glenn and Matthew are amazing! From day one I have loved this cafe and what they are trying to accomplish. I am celiac and they asked me what they could incorporate to have something I can eat as well and they did! The gluten free energy/protein balls are amazing by the way. Their food, their mission, and their service is amazing! I recommend it to everyone.
All the good reviews are well-deserved. I came to Montreal as a New Years tourist, and the cold weather and a cranky travel companion were leaving me drained, but stumbling upon this place turned my day around. I met the owner, who was incredibly welcoming and was happy to tell me all about Montreal from the eyes of a local. He even lent me his bluetooth mouse when my computer broke! This was definitely the best experience I had in my short time there, even if it was entirely unplanned, and I'd recommend the stop for any visitor or local who loves a bit of cafe-hopping the way I do.
We stopped in on a recent visit to Montreal. Don't let it's 'Village' location fool you; Mix of clientele enjoying the atmosphere, relaxing music with large projection videos, and tastytdelights. Most enjoyable. Not your typical cafe. Varied menu with something for everyone. All food created on site with fresh ingredients . So good we returned a second time. We met the owner-operaters who work on site daily to ensure customer satisfaction.
I was in montreal for New Year’s Eve weekend and my best friend and I discovered the best cafe in the area. The service was amazing & the owners were very welcoming. I will make it a priority to visit this cafe anytime I’m back in Montreal. Also, the prices are very reasonable!
I can’t rave enough about how welcoming this place has been made. It’s a very new cafe that has been completely renovated. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! Any question or concerns are immediately addressed and it’s a wonderful place to study, relax, or just have a chat!
Lovely hidden gem. Amazing food + homemade pastries and can't beat the price. The owner Glen is incredibly passionate and cares deeply for his customers.
Absolutely incredible!! Beautiful people! They have delicious pies, and their poutine is divine! Gave us a bunch of recommendations for the city! Will definitely come back to them again
