The worst Poulet rouge Ive ever been too. Horrible experience. When you usually go to poulet rouge you always have 2 sauce as your choice. The worker declined my second choice of sauce until I went to the cashier to ask him if indeed we had 2 choices and yes indeed we did! Also they were being cheap I also asked for extra olives since I wasn’t putting much vegetables and he declined saying it’s only one scoop per ingredient do you know how small those spoons are?

I went there and asked for them to put all the toping in a different bowl, so that I could microwave it later! Those guys did extra! Thank you so much !! You cant even imagine how that made my day easier! Be blessed!

Disappointed with the customer service through Uber Eats. I asked them to check on my order because I had only put 1 order in the 'BOGO' deal, but they said that my order wasn't in their system. I clarified my name with them and they said that it wasn't there. I wanted to cancel that order so I could try for the 'BOGO' promo again, but then it said that the order had gone through. The whole interaction over the phone was very uncomfortable and the way they spoke made it sound like they were implying I was just trying to snag a free bowl. I mean that's somewhat understandable to be suspicious, but please let me cancel my order so that I can actually apply my 'BOGO' deal without wasting my initial order. Disappointing. :'

I knew the food would be good, because I had previously visited the Saint-Catherine location. But I was more impressed with the service from the staff. They let me customize my bowl, with ease and convenience. I'm definitely going to be visiting more in the summertime, with all the summer festivities that will be nearby. P.s. I need to know how you make that sweet BBQ flavour It's heaven in my mouth!

Ok place. I love their bowls. However, sometimes they put too much quinoa or rice and little sauce, then it is difficult to eat.Food: 5/5

I highly recommend this branch, and a special thanks to Oussam the manager i spoke with! The meals are well dressed and the manager is really into customer service satisfaction. I received my order missing 1 meal. After calling them, he apologized for the mistake and compensated with 2 other meals. The manager understood the situation and followed up with me on the situation till it was solved.

This is one of the best restaurants in Montreal! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is sooo delicious, especially how tender the chicken is. LOVEEE BBQ fushion flavour!! I highly recommend this restaurant as it offers various food selections and your experience will be amazing!

Poulet Rouge is always my go to when it's a matter of having a quick lunch. Their food is always fresh and their chicken sauces are marvelous and make perfect flavors! It is perfect for a light and flavourful lunch!
