My favorite sandwich spot. They heat the sandwiches and you get a good amount. If you're used to Jersey Mike's where they charge you a ton and give you little, I recommend you switch over. You get your money's worth here.

Yummy sammiches.

Got lunch today and I have to say the the wreck sandwiches were blah. Been noticing the quality dropping significantly since COVID-19. I choose you over other sandwich shops for just that and you are slipping. Who ever is making the sandwich’s should try to put toppings on both sides of the sandwich not just one.

Bread had burned taste. Not much meat or contents to the sandwich tasted mostly like a bread sandwich. Barely any avocado on the BLTA sandwich

Ian needs an attitude adjustment and the sandwich he made me was absolutely horrid. First bad experience at Potbelly, very disappointed and disgusted.

Order 2 oreo shakes and 1 chocolate received 3 vanilla. Paid $15 and received 3 6oz shakes. Gotta love price gouging.
