Very kind and considerate employees! Clean space and speedy service! The best Panera location I have ever visited— highly recommend! :
One of the worst Paneras in the metro area. Online orders are either made late, forgotten or made without reading the comments... nearly every single time. Visit it as your last resort, there is a much more service oriented Zupas located nearby.
The service was good. Employees were nice. Dining area wasn't very clean.
Had the chicken broccoli salad, was very good, could have used more broccoli and sauce.
Terrible customer service. I honestly never leave reviews, but I have to after our visit here. Four friends and I ate here and they must skip the customer service part in training because it was terrible. Super snarky and not friendly at all. And not just one employee, many of them. I will no longer be giving them my money.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced! One of the workers asked us if we went to a special needs school because of our face. We were just walking out and he started being very rude. Also the chefs were very rude and gave us the wrong food. They would not stop staring and were very hostile. Would not recommend.
