Waited over 2 hours for food. Waitress spilled alcohol on all of us then didn’t even give the discount she promised to make up for it. When we reminded her of the discount for her mistake, she got mad/mean & slammed the change on our table without an apology or smile or anything. Also, a small little discount for spilling wine all over us is not even enough, but whatever. She could have been much more friendly
I never write reviews, however the price we paid for the quality of food and service was shameful. The restaurant was next to empty and we still waited over an hour for our food. When I looked for our waitress to ask a question, she was nowhere to be found. The food was terrible and when we got the bill I was shocked at how much this restaurant charges for disgusting food. I am only writing this to warn others to not waste their time or money.
Very bad experience here. Not only did they “lose our order” even though the restaurant was empty apart from us and another couple, which resulted in us having to wait almost an hour for our food, but the fries were reheated. I don’t recommend this place at all!
Worst customer service experience ever. Joey was our server she is not meant for this job. She is a liar. And more of that your General Manager who is never in the store believes employees instead of checking cameras are you serious I don’t know what’s going on here. I hope the owner is aware of this. He is the one losing business. I am the business owner too, this is not how it’s done. Disrespecting your customers, how long do you think a business can servive like this . Good luck to the owner the money invested is waste if you do not care about your customers.
Waited 45 minutes for our food on the patio. When I approached the wait staff inside they apparently forgot about us on the patio and were told they were out of the beef dip we ordered. Can't comment on the food here but the service was very poor.
Fries was not fresh or crispy! A simple veggie burger took more than 30 mins to make when the restaurant was not very crowded! Overall very bad food for the price.
The chief must be a microwave because the food was not good i wouldn't have given it to my dog there were 4 off us at the dinner table and one person was able to eat because it was a burger witch ketchup mustard can change the taste.
Get a game "find a waitress" for 15 minutes and get a plastic-like food for the price of gold. Customer service is awful.
Warning to artists. If this venue books you don't waste your time. They won't pay you what they say and they will in general waste your time.
Came in on a night when it was almost empty due to rain, and it was a good experience! Food was good, loved the fries!
