The service you will receive here is absolutely outstanding. They have a fire boy that comes to refresh your fireplace every day. Coffee and tea delivered to your room is free. My new wife and I were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room since we were on our honeymoon. The Post Hotel has character, excellent staff, and 5 star service.

Mountain experience at its best. Having stayed at most rocky mountain hotels/resorts over the years The Post is ahead by far in fit, finish and customer experience. The staff are amazing, the rooms and hotel facilities are pristine, the food is second to none. This is by far our favourite mountain get away. Well worth both the price and the time required to get here. Make sure you bring some footwear to go for a walk and experience Lake Louise and a swim suit for the pool and spa.

This is the best ski hotel in Lake Louise and in my opinion Canada The best restaurant in Alberta and the best wine list. Check out the wine cellar! We enjoyed relaxing in the spa followed by an amazing romantic dinner. This is the place to take your partner or your date

Amazing food, generous select of wines. The staff is very friendly and helps to make sure that the dinner was amazing. Great menu that isn't the same cut and paste menu found in many restaurants.

Very nice hotel and accommodations. Our suite had a ground floor lounge area with a full bath on the same level with the bed and a powder room on the upper loft. We had a couple very small issues which the staff quickly corrected. Staff has been happy to help us with anything we need. This hotel is above the price point we usually look at, but if it fits your budget, would recommend.
