Posh Lash & Brow Lounge

Absolutely love my lashes I get at Posh. They are always super amazing and all the lash artists do an amazing job. Been getting my lashes done there for over a year and can’t quit recommending them to friends. I’ve tried home lash technicians in the past and unfortunately suffered severe damage to my eyelashes. Posh was able to inform me of the damage and also recommend a treatment plan to get my lashes back to healthy while still getting to wear lashes! Great customer service and friendly staff.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!! I’ve been going to Posh for probably close to 2 years now and I’ve never had an issue with the lashes or service! Well ... that’s changed! I didn’t get my eyelashes done for almost 3 months and went in for a removal (friend was doing them and she’s just too far away for me to keep seeing her) and a full set. Well not even a day after getting a full set, a lot of my lashes were falling out. I mean.. a LOT. After 4 days since I saw them I had next to nothing for lashes and wrote an email about how I wasn’t happy with the lashes and explained how they looked after just 4 days. Well I get a phone call and the girl was rude on the phone and said she can get me in Wednesday or Thursday. I booked for today (Thursday) and couldn’t make it in (everyone in my family is sick including myself and 10 month old and hubby is working-babysitter is sick too). So I left a message letting them know I am unable to make it in. The girl gets super defensive and rude on the phone and I simply told her I’m trying to explain why I’m not happy and she kept interrupting me. She said because it’s been a week I have to pay for a fill ! UH NO THANKS YOU GUYS MESSED UP AND YOURE GOING TO TAKE MY $110 (Christmas/new year promo+tip for full set) AND STILL MAKE ME PAY ANOTHER $75?!???! NO WAY!!! I told her that I’m debating on not coming in again because of what happened plus making me have to pay more and she got extremely rude! Not impressed at all. I will NEVER be going back. I strongly suggest not going here.

I had my very first set of lashes put on Jan 20 for my wedding Jan 21 over night my left eye lashes had fallen out by 50% ,,,3 days later all of my left eye lashes had fallen completely out then by day 4,,,,75% if my lashes in my right eye had fallen out Day 5 they were 100% gone! The ladies were friendly however 107 dollars for not even 24 hours of full lashes I’m not impressed at all will not be going back

Ladies are friendly and nice. I was really relaxed. And they did a lovely job on my lashes.. Thank you posh
