A little frustrating that there isn't more information online. Specifically the menu for a particular event, or the cost of tickets. Otherwise, food is usually great and the music makes us get up and dance.
I gave this place 2 stars because my wife, family and I been there before at Carassauga and 1 other event. I find the people very rude! They push people on the dance floor, when your dancing. The people from the Islands think their better than the mainland. They made fun of our accent!! What a joke!! The REAL Proper way of speaking Portuguese is from the mainland!! Get yourselves educated! You guys look like you just got off the boat!! For those reasons we will NEVER go there again!!! Also, we find out from people we know in the public eye that this organization steals ideas from other business or events to make them look like the ones that started it or they are the ones in charge! Wow just Pathetic!!! Pathetic!! Very unprofessional and the truth always comes out!!
I went for the first time last Saturday for the great Fadoalado concert and I loved it. Congratulations
Food was ample and delicious with quick service for the event we attended. The staff were accommodating and extremely friendly. The only downside was there was no bank machine....yes I should have come prepared for a cash bar but I would expect for the size of the venue, a debit machine to be present.
The Portuguese Cultural Centre of Mississauga PCCM is a big cultural centre that celebrates Portuguese culture through events Carassauga and has been around since 1974 with a large folklore following — just recently got the Guinness World Record for their continued dedication through the arts in Mississauga! HARD WORKS PAYS OFF, CONGRATS!
Great place to hold events due to the large area covered.
The building itself is very basic, but t many wonderful events are hosted here for the Portuguese community.
Was part of a wonderful charitable dinner here last week called The Taste of Eden. Venue is quite large and accommodates 200+ people comfortably.
Great place for any event especially a Guiness World Record 747 People dancing Portuguese Folklore Dance
I went there for Friday prayer and it was just on time Alhumdulillah it was peace
