The theater was clean & tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an elevator to take us to the theater which my sore knee really appreciated. We enjoyed the play. Did not enjoy masking, hopefully that will be over soon.
Shows have been good the last few I have seen. Not the greatest customer service however. I have had a few run ins with staff that has been less than pleasant. They were very shot and rude when asking questions about buying tickets. Other feedback includes: The ladies washroom had 2 out of 3 stalls out of service at the last show and they sell water but you need exact change. There is no way to get change unless other people have paid already. As a younger generation attending the shows, it isn't a outstanding experience that makes me want to rush back.
Great small venue. Made for a great weekend outing
A cozy and intimate little theatre in the midst of downtown Port Stanley where we enjoyed a beautiful August afternoon watching a play developed by two local board treaders. Great experience!
Theater is clean & tidy. Staff are so kind & helpful. Love the elevator, for those that have knee issues it is great. The play we saw was funny and we enjoyed it. Buying tickets on line are a bit pricey.
I was lucky enough to be taken out to see "Our House" The theater staff were friendly and pleasant. The talented cast and crew made the evening most enjoyable. I will definitely be back.
Well worth the trip to Port Stanley. Great shows
We enjoy this Theatre for its variety of plays, location in Port Stanley is perfect. Have dinner before or after the show, lots of great dining and don't forget Mackie for ice cream or their many other menu items.
Great little theatre, it's a shame there is no finger foods or beverages for sale to enjoy on the beautiful patio other than pop or water
A great venue. Parking can be challenging on summer weekends. Friendly staff, and a great performance space.
