Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Just witnessed the staff here service an elderly gentleman with best service. So sweet and gentle answering all his questions and making sure his needs were met. Excellent service. My experience was also superb and food was made excellent.

nnWe had a great experience at Popeyes today! We went through the drive-thru, and Liz greeted us with such a friendly and positive attitude. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and made us feel valued as customers.nnWhat really stood out was that she made sure we got fresh fries and fresh pies, which we truly appreciated. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. It's not often that you come across customer service that goes the extra mile, but Liz definitely did.nnThe food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. Liz is a wonderful representative of your restaurant, and because of her kindness and attention to detail, we will definitely be back!nnThank you, Liz, for making our visit so enjoyable!

The workers was very polite, everything was in the bag including sauce’s napkins and sporks it was a calm environment. And the chicken tenders was amazing. Including Mac n cheese and biscuits. Would highly recommend! No wait order was packed immediately.

Fresh delicious chicken, and warm friendly service. Sidney in particular was very courteous and professional. I’ve been to hundreds of Popeyes and this is top tier.

Overpriced garbage. Too much mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich, potatoes taste like instant, mac n cheese was overcooked and mushy. People were friendly, but they did forget things in our order. They did make it correct though after going going up and explaining the situation.
