Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is one of my favorite fast food places to go to! First time I had it was down in Virginia. So was glad when this one was built. I'm always sceptical with newly built restaurants(especially in this area), but it did not disappoint! There is no comparison when it comes top Popeyes and other chicken joints! Love to swing by when in up they way and grab some amazing chicken.

I have eaten here many times and loved it until tonight. I had my first experience with the manager instead of the lovely upbeat gentlemen that usually is working. The manager/owner had horrible customer service skills. No conversation no thanks for coming, nothing! Then he informed me after giving me a drink full of mostly ice and shorting me sauce that I would need to run my card again for the "extra" sauce. Um no, you may not run my card for less than a dollar because you're being rude cheap! You have lost a regular customer!

My last review of this place I said it had horrible customer service and they were always out of something. Well now they have new employees and they are awesome. Customer service is excellent and they haven't forgotten to give me anything since.

Food here is always hot, fresh and delicious!! Very clean restaurant with nice people! Worth the 45 minute drive!! Love it 💓

Popeyes is wonderful. They have amazing service, and the store is very clea and kept up. The food there is also amazing. It’s a nice place to get quick fried chicken!
