Many things to be improved in this place.... They dropped my piece of chicken on the counter... When I asked if they had dropped the chicken the cashier said.... “Yes I did but the counter is clean” Buy still have me the same piece.... Awful.

The manager, Maria, is great! She is always very friendly and accommodating to us with our big Saturday lunch orders for my workplace. Everything is fresh and tasty and her employees seem happy and helpful. Nice work Maria!

Usually this place is pretty good, but today the person who took our order was very weird and short answered. His name was "Justo" . The side order of beans with rice was really small and when my husband asked why , "Justo" just answered "because that is the way it is". Justo means fair in Spanish and this answer and the side order was everything BUT fair.... are we seeing a start of bad service? Hopefully not

Prefer this location to the one on Suburban, despite being more likely to leave things out of your order. Check your biscuits, count your tenders. Food is usually hot and fresh, though lately fries have been hit-or-miss in terms of temperature and quantity. Store is usually busy but clean. Bonus star for the staff, one of which punched a would-be robber right in his face!
