Ordered through the app. When I got there, they were out of 2 items. So I substituted. They only started packing the order when I got to the window. What the point of the app and prepaying if they treat it like a drive thru order? Finally got my order and had to go in to get utensils since they didn’t pack any. The food is cold. The popcorn shrimp is hard as a rock and the portion is not worth the price. It’s not even 1/8 of the box they use to serve it in. The training needs to be completely redone at this location and the franchisee replace. Popeye’s expanded much too quickly to maintain any quality.
The rice was served with food has no taste at all! And they just give you one sauce tiny packet which is not enough and charge you extra 35 centa for extra packet if sauce. Apart from that chicken fry taste is also not good.
If you like spicy hot food then you will like this place however, the Mac and cheese is mushy and all I can taste is starch. The interaction with staff wuz good, they were pleasant.
The staff were great. The food was good.nThe portions for price were about average. Unfortunately, they were about to close the dining area as we arrived. Had to take our meals as take out.
Great service and great tasting chicken... The food was so good we ate it before I could get a picture of it....
