Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This place is a joke. They have the worse service ever. I'm a door dasher. I go inside with phone and door dash bag in hand. I have to wait a good 15 min. before even being asked a name for who I'm picking up for. It's ridiculous, especially when you're standing the 15 min. and lobby is not even busy, then a couple customers come in, go to counter, order their stuff. They wait barely 5 min. and here I'm still waiting. Our door dash ap tells us pick order up by a certain time and drop off by a specific time. I'm always late dropping off when I have to pick up from Popeyes. I always apologize to customer either through text or in person. But that's ridiculous. And then to top it off, the employees are rude. One woman argued with me about the name I'm picking up for. I turned my phone and showed proof of the name. She still wanted to argue saying I had already picked it up. I'm telling her no, I literally just got the run and was parked on the other side of Arby's restaurant. I got order and came right to Popeyes, not even 2 min. away. You really need new employees. This is NOT the only time this happens. I been dashing nightly for the past 3 weeks and tend to get a run at Popeyes nearly every night Every pickup, this happens. Parking: The parking is horrible. Barely room between Arbys restaurant and Popeyes to park. Can only go in one way. When Popeyes was built they had no concept of what it would be like trying to share parking with an already popular restaurant Arby's.

I went here today and the manage that took my order name latoria was so nice she was patient and very kind. She made my experience worth it. I’ve been to this Popeyes a lot of time, but she is one of the nicest employees I came across and the chicken was hot and fresh. If they keep this attitude up, they will have a lot of people coming. Kid-friendliness: The woman who took my order was very nice and kind, and I told her to keep that smile. She is a very good employee.

Chicken was good, unfortunately mine had quite a slathering of mayo on it. Rice was good although fairly small portion. Shrimp and cocktail sauce was excellent! Box shrimp was in was huge, made it look like not much shrimp. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of failure to accept app coupons. I downloaded the app and signed up while waiting in line. Played their Christmas game and recieved a really good coupon. They said couldn't use app coupons at this time because they just opened and computer system not set up for it. If you're going to have an app and open a restaurant you should make sure everything is ready to go including your computer system. Only 24 hours to use that coupon, now I can't. They need to put up a sign alerting people to this. Very disappointed and wondering how many other people had same experience . App has other coupons that are worth using.

Missing $15 worth of chicken from my order, didn't notice until I was already 15 minutes away. Don't trust em to get your order right. Service is petty slow also. 1 star goes to the biscuits, amazing but over priced.Food: 1/5

First and last experience with Popeyes. I placed my order online. Got there to pick it up at the time it said it would be ready 20 minutes. It hadnt even been started. It took another 20 minutes to get my order. They were out of items and the items I did get were not great. Definitely not worth the money. Restaurant was not clean. I put my hand on the counter into a sticky mess. The drink and condiment area was ridiculous.

This Popeyes is the worst one ever rude managers and employees and it's always dirty! Placed my order on the app, pulled into the drive thru and the manager lady tells me "come inside" , after entering the building the front counter attendant finally figures out how to pull up the order, then the wait begins... After my feet sticking to the dining room floor for 30 minutes I finally received the food I order, but low and be hold its not what I ordered so again I had to ask someone for the correct items. Irritated as even I grab my bag and walk out. Just to get home to the driest oldest nuggets ever my family didnt even eat them so a waste of my $ too. Never again Jackson,MI Popeyes.

Every time I door dash or go through drive through, they forget to put everything in the bag. Or my food is old. This is the worse Popeyes I’ve been too. Quality control is poor. And where is management?

This place sucks I paid for 2 Of the 3 pieces of chicken meal $11 each Oh my god I received Chicken strips A small cup of beans and rice with a biscuit The chicken strips all full of breading. It was cold. I never have been to a Popeyes before. Never going again. The lady who took my order sounded mixed up. $25 for little chicken strips and a small cup of beans and rice 11 bucks each . Over priced.

Ok first time I tried the Chicken sandwich! and honestly I can see why people were killing eachother over it! it's actually pretty damn good! Mac n cheese was fire! Great alternative to that lousy No good Colonel Sanders! He had nothing on Popeyes when it comes to chicken! Food: 4/5

Lots of bad reviews, but if you are an average customer getting some chicken and beans and rice for dinner, everything seems good. Nicer service and food than some fast food joints.
