Explained I had to wait 2 min for food. I waited over 20min and I went inside asked bout my food and all I got was oh ahh we apologize
We got two chicken sandwiches and a large cajun fry. Only one sandwich was hot, and the fries couldn't have been colder. This is our second time with this problem at Popeye's. If I wanted cold food I would had gone to a deli. #popeyescajunsucks
Had to repeat my order multiple times and the staff could barely hear me even while I was shouting. Staff were ruder than normal. Food is good but they were out of sandwiches which was aggressively communicated by the employee.
Not enough workers. Drive thru not open..or working..poor customer service..ran out of food. Just overall a mess. It has really gone down in quality of good and service. I am surprised they are still open. Saw no one cleaning the place Bad news...
