Good food but we were left waiting in the drive thru for a long time. Plus they changed the breading on their mozzarella sticks so now they're greasy and gross. Really good sandwiches and curly fries though. My favorite are the sliders, specifically the Buffalo chicken slider.
The most rude and unfriendly staff. First the drive thru had an automated recording on saying they were closed and it was 6pm and there were people in front of us and behind us. Finally someone took our order. We get to the window and the girl was very rude. They swiped our card and it had chip malfunction error. Gave them a different card and still the same error. They wouldn't swipe it. After multiple attempts it finally took. No smiles from the staff and just zero customer service all around. Apparently this is not the first review regarding the close message or the lack of customer service. Is the owner really going to address these concerns because it's going back months now for the complaints.
Chicken nuggets were so good. I had a double cheddar roast beef also. I was kind of disappointed cause there wasn't a lot of cheese on it but, I ate it.Food: 4/5
Only ever get the specialty milkshakes and the drive thru can become a good place to spend some time reflecting as you could be there a bit.
Great costumer service, the manager at the front end took time to have a decent conversation in a short time and made sure I was satisfied also suggested good choices! This location was clean, well organized, professional and eye candy curb appeal! Parking lot was taken care of and I was able to find parking even during happy hour. If my opinion this Arby’s joint is well run and a great choice if you’re interested in a decent dining experience on a lunch break or what ever the cause! Food was cooked spot on, didn’t make me sick like some fast food does. Garbages aren’t overflowing or messy. Bathrooms well kept.
This is the only Arby's in town that closes at 4pm. They are only open 6 hours a day & are closed on weekends. You still can't go inside the building & parking suggest there are only 2 employees. You wait in line for up to an hour & a half, & they're usually out of whatever you wanted if it wasn't discontinued. This has happened 3 times over the past 6 months.
Tried to order Double Roast Beef but was told they didn't have enough beef to sell doubles. They could only offer single RoT Beef Sandwiches which I don't care for.... Parking: FREE PARKING IN FRONT OF BUILDING.
12/14/22... Went to their drive through... guy said order when ready... we attempted for about 5 minutes to tell the guy we were ready to order..... no response... drove around and as we passed by the pay window you could see three guys behind the counter arguing. Very professional...... YikesService: 1/5
What kind of Arby's is closed on a SAT? I have also come to this location many times while it was meant to be OPEN and it's a ghost town with no explanation as to why they were closed! Worst location! They have horrible service every time I go here. It's only redeeming quality is the fact it's the closest to my house.Food: 1/5
Food has always been great at this location... unfortunately, since the pandemic, they have been short staffed. THANK YOU, GOVERNMENT, FOR MESSING EVERYTHING UP!Food: 5/5
