Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered early through Popeye's app so I don't have to wait during lunch. I still have to wait a little bit once I walk in, lucky that there wasn't a lot of customers. Chicken is good and crunchy skin, I like their dipping sauces. Goes well with chicken and fries. I like the tenders better than Zaxby's and Bojangles Weird is that I never been to a Popeye that play christian service videos and radio non stop.

1st day I went in and the floor was being mopped at 12 noon! That’s the busiest time of the day so why? 2nd day I went the cashier has to leave the register to make sandwiches when u have other employees just walking around and propped across the back counter talking about hair! No customer service, napkins just thrown on the bar not in the holder, no ketchup, all the condiments are sticky and brown looking! Oh and one worker blasting her music on break!

Okay y’all I love Popeyes. I’ve always had a good experience in the past with this store. But today when I came through the drive thru during my lunch break I ended up waiting 20 mins after they had told me to pull up in the line from the window. I decided to walk in and you could tell they were very busy and had apologized and refunded me. So I definitely appreciate their actions they took for me. Everyone in the store was kind and it showed. But I just had to knock off a star for not having my food prepared and forgetting I was waiting for my food. With that all said, my food was excellent!

I understand that sometimes things get backed up in a kitchen, but this service was outrageous. We waited over 25 minutes for our food to come out only for it to be given to someone else. The worker didn't call out a number or name she just handed the food to the wrong people. There is no sort of coordination in the place.Food: 1/5

Popeyes has great food. But man the service is awful. Multiple employees standing around doing nothing while only a couple of ladies seemed to actually be working. And on top of a long wait, the dining area was sticky and there were flies everywhere. I just can't bring myself to go back unless the service is dramatically improvedFood: 4/5

Maybe this area is use to this type of service, and I mean the type of service that doesn't exist. I would avoid the whole area of Memorial Blvd I believe it's called in Greenville, NC. Came to visit a family member in the hospital around the corner and while leaving to travel back home stopped here to eat and the drive thru was all that was "open" and we got tired of waiting as did 2 other cars ahead of us. People were inside but did not apparently handle the few cars trying to order.

i came to this place at 7:30 at night, they don't close until 10. the side door was locked and they told us we had to go to the drive thru. we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes because they hadn't even asked for the first person order. he had to honk the horn to get their attention. then the person at the window couldn't seem to get our order right. we had to repeat it 5 TIMES and they still got it wrong. i do not recommend it at all, i will not be coming back.

Food was terrible. Bright on my sandwich was hard meat was cold. Everything we ordered tasted like garbage. Staff was rude. Terrible place I do not recommendFood: 1/5

Had great service, our food was served hot and fresh and was reasonably affordable. The restaurant and parking lot etc could use a little love and attention, but we enjoyed our experience, and would return.Food: 4/5

Spent 30 plus dollars on dinner they gave me old chicken that taste they refried it had the nerve to tell me have a nice day will never eat at this location again
