Poor customer service. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I went to this location and ordered a 3 piece for 8 dollars and ask for one piece of white meat and one leg and one thigh. They refused to give me one piece of white meat and they said white meat is not part of our deal. I said it’s ok so give me 2 thighs and one leg. Then they said we can only give you one thigh and two legs. Then I said in the picture it showed 2 thighs and one leg, why you can’t give me what company advertised. YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE IN THE PICTURE. The problem is not a piece of chicken is people who are very rude and they don’t know what is customer service in North America. When the new comers come to North America, it’s company’s responsibility to train them well. Never go back to this location
There's a new location of Popeyes at Park Royal Shopping Centre in West Vancouver and we decided to give it a try one night. We ordered: 10pc Chicken Family Meal with Coleslaw, Onion Rings & Biscuits Butterfly Shrimp with Tartar Sauce Popcorn Shrimp with Cajun Cocktail Sauce We ordered the Chicken Mild but there was a layer of chicken at the bottom that was far from mild. Everyone said it was quite spicy. I brought some leftovers home for my husband to try and he said it was the spiciest Popeyes chicken he'd ever had. Fried Chicken, Fried Onion Rings, Fried Shrimp...So much fried food on the table and yet, I think the Biscuits were actually my favourite item. They were quite soft and moist inside. Not so impressed with the fried food, especially when we ordered "mild" and received "spicy." Also, when I arrived I had to wait about 15 minutes at least for my order even though I had specified a pickup time on the app. Won't be rushing back there anytime soon. I visited this place for the first time, which is a fast food establishment. The service provided was commendable. However, the food quality was typical of fast food joints, lacking anything exceptional to praise. Opting for the chicken tender combo, it was presented in a box where it appeared the items were haphazardly placed. This experience seemed like a routine fast food order. On a positive note, the staff member who took my order, possibly named Shivanji, was incredibly pleasant. I express my gratitude for her excellent service! I hope I remembered the name correctly!

Very good quality fried chicken, not greasy, crispy and crunchy. I highly recommend popeyes, Louisiana kitchen, fried chicken, the Park Royal branch in West Vancouver is usually very very busy especially around lunch time and finding a place to sit is very challenging.

Grand opening today! So happy west van finally have our first Popeyes. Very busy during lunch hours but fast and nice services. Fired chickens are hot and juicy. Unfortunately the staff forgot to give me napkins…
As expected, the best fried chicken around. Not greasy, pack full of flavour, and juicy! Hits the mark for all 3, with the addition of fast and friendly service. Way better than other fried chicken joints. This is a opening day review but already setting a high expectation. Hope they continue the great service and will definitely be coming here for future fried chicken cravings.
Only the French fries was fine, Their food quality was considerably low!! Waste of money!! They don't know what they're cooking! :Food: 2/5
