Service was excellent! Guy working behind the counter was SUPER nice and welcoming and my food was served in about 1-2 minutes! Give the man who took my order a raise!!!
I got calamari tonight, and it was awefull, so salty, oily . I felt sick after. I never go to Opa again and I never recommend it to anyone. I had to wait for such a distgusting food in the line up too.
I love ur food.but i was dissapointed about what i saw today.a very poor hygiene. Touching money and cards wearing plastic gloves not changing and assebled my Chicken warp.
Better experience then what i had in richmond.
Before , we always enjoyed the fresh and moist calamari. But today unfortunately the squid is dry and not fresh without any taste and chewy. The batter seems different- lumpy. I’ll try a different branch to compare.
Found HAIR in my food and what's worse is that I'm not the only review on here with this comment! Should have checked reviews before ordering. Staff was rude, REFUSED to give a refund and took off their mask to speak to me which makes no sense. Dirty place with horrible service.
Terrible service, terrible experience will never go here again. Food quality was terrible, found hair in the food. Yes a hair! Service from staff was very bad as well.
Food is nice but customer service is not good enough. Smile is in extra! And do not ask him to repeat something, you're really gonna bother him.. you can literally see it on his face!
