Amazing food. The rub on the wings is outstanding and the pulled pork was perfect.
Nothing but salt and small portions. Chili was so salty I could not even eat it. The crust in the brisket only tasted like salt. Even the sauce was overly salty. Couldn’t even touch the chips... too salty. Grew up in the south. Never had bbq this bad.
Best wings in town! You can taste the smoke in every bite.
Pop's Southern BBQ was super super good and quick service. They’ve got socially distanced sitting so you can enjoy your amazing choice of meat. The homemade potato chips were also really good and crispy. Would def recommend on a visit to Bend.
