"TThe chicken Strut menu is now being served by Southern Accent food truck found at silvermoon brewing. Owned by a local family it is serving up the best fried chicken baskets, sandwiches and wraps. Fried chicken in brined and hand breaded to order. All sauces are made from scratch and are full of flavor. Great veggitarian options available as well. Some really great fried chicken offerings here. Big fan of the very soft buns, they have great proportions of fried chicken, toppings, and sauce to make it a perfect sandwich.
Your cravings for fried chicken sandwich in Bend, Oregon are now over. It took me a moment to realized sando means sandwich. The Brioche buns were the giveaway. I got the Bayview Sando because I was intrigued by their combination of avocado and bacon. While I was interested with the toppings, the main star was the fried chicken breast. I would have imagined chicken thighs would be a better choice for a juicier fried chicken but somehow they made it work. I wasn't bother with regular fries. That's too easy. I chose the fried pickles. These thinly sliced pickles were the perfect appetizers for sharing with friends. They were gone pretty quickly but I may have ate most of it. The wait is a little long - about 20 minutes as they've warned. But why rush perfection?
Absolutely delicious fried chicken! A must-have food truck in Bend! And the Cajun fries are so tasty! And the salad is crisp and fresh! Highly recommend them.
Wow!! The fried cauliflower is to die for. We had fried pickles and a wrap and it was fabulous! But seriously, don't miss out on those cauliflower "wings". Cornmeal coated makes them crispy and Buffalo sauce hits just right! Glad we found this place!
Great food and wonderful service. The Nashville chicken sandwich is full of wonderful spices and the coleslaw is a great compliment to the sandwich!
The Nashville chicken wings are AMAZING! The House made dressings are really good as well.
I’ve had a few items from here now and all have been so good!!
Great Cajun fries and chicken basket
