Ponderosa Steakhouse

Cleanliness is not a priority of management. Takes me pointing the mold out in the cheesecake cooler to get it cleaned. When getting ready to go my girlfriend went to use the bathroom and the handicap stawl was dirty along with the second. Had to go to the third to find one that was usable. Definitely lack of management.

Got sick shortly after eating the food here. Luke warm food. Dry food and nasty cooler holding desserts. Looked like mold. Waitress was rude. Manager was told about it all and never cared. They get your money at the door and don't care about anything else. Health Department needs to visit for sure. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Would recommend this place to a any large parties. Food was excellent with a wide variety of choices all done to pretty much perfection. Service was great also. Has been a while since we were there and it was down to a one star then glad we tried it again.

My pallet enjoys many flavors. However, I'm not beyond a simple meal at a chain restaurant. My other half and I like to stop here after a day at the casino for a quick meal before the drive home. Last few times have been So so. This last time food was descent and our wait staff named Cassidy was AMAZING. Ponderosa, Train your wait staff to be as courteous, prompt, and going above and beyond to make your patrons feel special. Well done Cassidy.

Turkey was a little dry but as i complained and looked behind me it was being replaced. Always a kind and courteous staff. Always enjoy the friendly atmosphere. Good place to be a regular at.
