Would give them 0 / 5 if it were an option because thats the amount of help I got. Checked the website before going in on Saturday. It clearly said open until 10pm. When i walked in at 2pm it was CLOSED. They make us call at 9pm for an appointment. I waited until 9pm on the dot. My call was met by an automated system saying they are fully booked. Out of necessity I presented myself to the urgency at 9 am the next morning. I NEED to see a doctor. My intestines feel like they are falling out of my abdomen so its imperative I get evaluated professionally. Out of curiosity I strolled by the clinic (strolled in the literal sense since I am literally incapacitated by the pain and in a wheelchair) & noticed there were THREE people waiting. I asked if I may wait for an appointment when they rejected my desperate pleads for help. I am now on my sixth hour of waiting in excruciating pain. I cant help but feel that this "urgence" section is litered by people who are waiting for a doctor in no immediate danger despite being in a waiting room that is intended to be used by people who are on their last sting of hope to survive. I am extremely perplexed that this hospital can not realize the harm they are doing to good, honnest tax payers. Ive wittnessed people crying in pain, urinating themselves waiting for hours because they are forced to wait behind the hoardes of people that get rejected from the clinic.

Receptionnists and nurses are so RUDEEEE!!!!!!!! They clearly dont give a damn about you and they dont like their job You get an appointment to renew meds and you still wait 2:30-3hrs !!!! How logical is that

Les employés étaient tous très aimable sauf le dr. Helene Duscheneau (assez simple allez voir ses reviews sur internet). Elle ne m’a pas regardé une fois, me coupait la parole, n’a aucun empathie, a ordonné à ma conjointe de sortir de la salle, m’a fait sentir comme si je m’étais rendue la pour rien tandis que je suis malade depuis plus de 10 jours avec une toux très creuse. J’ai du argumenter avec elle pour qu’elle me donne un certificat médical (que je paie 25$ anyways?!) car elle disait que les scans de mes poumons étaient beaux? Plusieurs patients dans la salle d’attente on détesté leur consultation avec elle. Elle devrait peut-être travailler à la morgue où prendre sa retraite.

Rendezvous a 8h premier de la journée jme dis yay pas d'attente. Bin criss ils ont 2 filles en retard pris ds le traffic (part plus de bon heure...) pis sont pas capable de partir la machine pour mon examen dont jfais la preparation depuis 3 jours sans manger. Jsuis la à attendre pour une duré indéterminé... Désolé mais ca fait 0 professionnel
