Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

Worst customer service! My husband loves the socks from here (we usually buy them at The Bay). I had went out to buy a new hiking bag from Eddie Bauer. after buying my backpack I noticed the Ralph Lauren store. I went into the store to check their stock on his socks. They had the socks but my husband did not pick up the phone when I called to ask if he wanted me to buy some. I took a picture of the socks. As I was leaving a sales lady stopped me and asked me (rather rudely) if I needed any help. I told her I'd found what I was looking for. She asked me what I was looking for and then "so you are going to buy some socks today," as she very suggestively looked me up and down. Ok, I look young for my age (32) and I had a backpack in the store. I was also dressed more for hiking than 'fancy pants shopping.' I've never been accused of shoplifting in my life. I felt no need to explain myself to her and so I left. I'm sure she was disappointed that the buzzer did not go off. Bottom line, the cloths may be quality but don't go shopping there unless you go and get your hair done at the salon before you go. If you don't look like their usual clientele you are likely to get looked down upon or accosted. Very VERY disappointed and angry. I'm torn between trying to get my husband to change sock companies or just buying them online. I'm never stepping foot in that store again!

The female manager is rude. I stood there for a whole minute to watch her yelling at the cashers. She is arrogant even when she is talking with a shopper. She is not properly doing her job. I met her twice or three times in the store, and she always looked mad. I am a big fan of Polo, but I shop less and less from this store. Sad!

I used to go there very often, 2-3 times a month. The female manager (she mostly works in back office I guess) is very rude. She has no clue how to deal with customers. Her attitude made me not going their and buying Polo stuff from the Bay. If you encounter her, try to avoid her, otherwise she will make you dislike the other Polo stores too.

It's big but needs better organization. It's expensive but the quality is good.
