I went there on a busy weekend. It was great.. And I called asking about an item a couple of days later too, and I received the help I needed. Awesome customer service and brilliant management !

Pathetic service... Even more pathetic management. Purchased a Snow Parka after standing in line for more than half an hour and 5 seconds after leaving the cash counter, noticed a manufacturing defect in it. The cashier as well as his lady supervisor refused to exchange stating that since the tag has been removed, it cannot be exchanged. She refused to acknowledge the manufacture defect as 'serious enough to not help against the cold'. Wow! I did not know that I had gone to CK to spend loads of money to buy just 'something to protect from cold' and style and fashion wasn't a parameter. Thank you for the awful experience. That was my last visit to any CK outlet ever.

Nice clothes, good choice. but... I recently purchased several items, although had to return a jacket as it was insulated with Down feathers and made in China where l later learned they pluck from Live Birds. Unacceptable.
