Done with PNC!!!! I had a security breach with my debit card and had to call and cancel my card. I stopped in to get a new card and was told that I can't do that without an appointment. I was leaving and going out of town to Iowa for the next week and had to travel with no debit card. PNC turns our cards off when try to stop at a Walmart and buy a laptop computer while criminals are using our card number to pay for hotel rooms and plane tickets in NYC! I just tried to schedule an appointment and can't get in until Saturday!! I will be leaving to go out of town again without a debit card!!! Thanks PNC!!! I would give negative stars if that was possible!!!
Lacey was exceptional I reached out several times to her to book and rebook appointments. My schedule had some last minute changes. She adjusted my appointment with her a few times without any difficulty. Once in the branch she was very friendly and got me going with things quickly. Been banking with Wellsfargo since 2007. But decided it's time for a change finger crossed PNC will be a better choice. So far so good thanks to Lacey.
We went to get a paper notarized. And there was someone who could have helped us and she wasn't busy, but no they said they couldn't help us. Then we went to a UPS store and they had no problem helping us. We have banked there for years. We will be pulling our money out and going somewhere else.
I came in today to get a renew on my debit card and to deposit money, everyone was super nice and quick. On my way out I remembered I got locked out of my online banking, so I went in to see if I could quickly get it resolved. Melanie Swartz was the branch manager and she was amazing. The process wasn't as easy as we had hoped to get my online fixed, but Melenie worked with me for nearly an hour going through multiple lines of holds on the phone and help fun banter whenever we were on hold. She was beyond kind and helpful. We had talked a little about how she is helping g out at 2 branches and they are beyond lucky to have her. Amazing time spent doing monotony, that makes for a great customer service person! 10/5 would recommend
