Everything was great until I went to pay off the loan and they couldn't have been less helpful. after the loan was paid off, it still took another payment out of my account!! They have the money and said they will mail me a check! outrageous that I have to wait to get my money back when they took it cause they said I owed .34 still cause of interest or something! Really? you couldn't write off .34 or at least call me about it? Take $411.00 to get your .34????

Very dishonest when discussing terms - I was persuaded into getting a loan on the terms I needed but was very loose on the monthly interest and asked me over and over and over if I wanted insurance after I repeatedly stated that I did not want it. I was led to believe that this was a "two year" loan and after discovering the massive amount of monthly interest, this is closer to an "eight year" loan. Very pushy "salesman-like" behavior and very dishonest on your contract terms. Stay away from here.

Jared & his manager were great, very professional, very knowledgeable friendly courteous & easy to work with! OneMain has a simple easy approval process! I was referred to him by a good friend of mine. Glad I found them!
