Plymouth Center For Behavioral

The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the parking in downtown Plymouth is touch and go. Otherwise I find The Plymouth Center to be a great find. The staff is lovely and friendly and my therapist is knowledgeable and helpful. I had to switch therapists due to a schedule change in my work and that was seamless. Everyone I have encountered there is helpful, friendly and professional. It also doesn't hurt that IF I have to wait (which is rare) the waiting room has the BEST VIEW of the town brook with the ducks!

Great Place, very helpful with Insurance issues getting straightened out. I had ongoing issue for 6 + months and they still let me come in for my appointments! When all was resolved they phoned me to advise

Absolutely terrible. Was great for a few months. Then I unknowingly had an issue with my insurance. They continued to schedule appointments for me . After 3 months the hit me with a $700 Bill. Never told me they had a problem with my insurance. After a couple weeks of explaining I would need some time to pay them, Dr Julie went ahead and put my account into debt collections. Thanks a lot. Scam

I was not able to set up a appointment due to a down payment of $50 if i have mass health i probably dont have money to hold a appointment. That i think should be listed above payments and insurances excepted.
