Park Nicollet Clinic Plymouth

Wish there is a zero. I had to stop for a blood work after my physical that happened couple of days ago with my doctor. Staff at the lab was preaching about making appointment for any future visit. Please note my doctor had clearly said I can walk-in any Park Nicollet Lab facility. I do make every attempt to make appointment before turning up. Because of Dr's inputs, I guessed it was ok to walk-in. Please do not harass for appointment for a quick blood work that took hardly 5 mins. I definitely feel ashamed for associating with Park Nicollet since 2018 and that one lab staff at the reception made me feel that way.

I think doctors should care about people. I had my little 2 year old there with pain in her ear. We were there before closing but they didn’t even take us. We would have taken 10 min of their time to look in her ears. She gets ear infections a lot and is able to tell me but they sent us away. I am heart broken for my little one.

Went in with extreme back pain. Could do anything at all without crying from the pain. Turns out they think it's a torn muscle. Gave me Cyclos and naproxen... Well guess what I am still in excruciating pain. Naproxen isn't a pain medication and cyclobenzaprine only makes me sleepy when combined with my anxiety meds. Other than that it has no effect on my pain. When did they stop prescribing painkillers? I'm still hurting really bad. When I tell you I am in pain I mean it. I live with a horribly painful spine issue every day so I know what pain is. I wouldn't have came in to the urgent care if I didn't feel I couldn't handle it. Next time put yourself in the patients shoes and ask yourself "what would I do for myself if I was in that much pain?". I don't go to the doctor anymore because all you do is recommend physical therapy which I have done several times already for back issues and still didn't help. My back still is on fire and when I move I still shriek in pain with a few tears coming down my face because it's unbearable.

I had a personal doctor for 30 years Charles Meyer, Woodlake Clinic and then he retired. I decided to go somewhere closer to home and picked McGown as a friend referred him. Dreadful! Can’t get in, no return calls, no way to contact him except MyChart, and then does not respond. Dealing with an illness now for 3 months and had to find another doctor.

Rushed me out of there. Didn’t know how to take a correct blood pressure. Not recommended.

The doctor was amazing however, the lab made us wait for over 45 minutes with a5 day old baby next to multiple people whom were coming and going for lab work when asked we were told they will get to us when they can. I would assume a child with no immunities built yet would take priority. That doesn't seem to be the case. When the lab tech come she handed my wife a heat pack and said, "put this on her foot I will be back later." This was beyond a terrible experience.

This review is about my doctor Lawrence G. Richmond. He is the best primary doctor I ever had. I receive excellent care, he treated me with respect, listen to my concern, interacts with me, ask about my life and family. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Richmond!

Went to see urgent care, sent back home without any testing, telling to call nurseline who then said will call back, waiting all day with pain and fever, nothing.Very inhumane practice.

They are very bad and just Money minded clinic, no ethics and humanity. I visited Park Nicollet for my daughter Vaccination. The doctor not treated well and they created big problem for me. After Vaccine, doctor said to me that your daughter have cavities. i told yes she has, then she just taken a look with light and said you have to visit Dentist. i said i know and Like every doctor told me previously and i said yes i will take her. after some days, i got a Bill saying that you are due $147.00 to park nicollet. i am shocked, though they used my insurance. one fine day i contacted them on phone and explained everything that "the doctor is just given vaccine and she is not a dentist" then how come she claims the fee. They said " we will check and come back" then i again they started sending Bills to my home, this time i am not responded. but now i got Collection agent Notice by giving 30 days time. i am really upset by this kind of Looting in the name of Health and Health insurance in US. i feel everything good here, but Health insurance and Health clinics are big money scammers.

Like other comments, I agree that they are very money-oriented. I was told to go in to be tested for COVID at this clinic by my PA over the phone. I arrived and the doctor entered the room, told me she didn't know why I was there because they wouldn't test me. She also specifically said that I wouldn't be charged since I was misinformed. I received a large bill nonetheless for this "visit" a few weeks later. I received no services and am being charged as though I did. I will never return to this clinic and recommend the same to others.
