Could not recommend Gene at Plumb local enough! We were desperate at 11:00 at night when we randomly found sewage/water backing up in our basement bathtub! We called Gene at 11pm, he was just going to bed but without hesitation he said he would be here in 40 min and he was with a smile on his face and all the knowledge and expertise! He worked quickly while explaining everything he was doing, educating along the way! He fixed the problem, charged us a 1/3 of what all the major plumbers would have charged and he was on his way! Thanks again Gene we will recommend you again and again but hopefully won’t need you again!

Gene was so awesome when he showed up today to clear up our septic issue for us.nWe called in a panic, and he showed up within a couple of hours like he said, and explained to my sons exactly what he was doing, and why, so that when my husband got home he was comfortable with what he did, and was super happy!nThank you Gene!

Thank goodness I found Plumb Local ! I had an emergency after hours situation where I had water gushing out of a pipe in my boiler room. Of course my husband was out of town and I didn’t even know how to shut off the water. I phoned around with no luck as it was after hours. I found Plumb local on google and it stated after hours was available. I phoned immediately …..Gene answered right away and guided me over the phone to help me stop the water. He then came within 5 or so minutes ! I’m honestly so grateful to him for his dedication and caring nature towards his customers. Not to mention his prices are extremely reasonable ! Pretty sure I found my new plumber for as long as I can have him.
