Went to Salmon Arm location Sat Dec 16. At least 3 staff working at counter but was basically ignored. Waited at least 10 minutes to be served and ended up walking out. Won't be going back.

I avoid going here if I can. The sales desk guys are always grumpy, the prices are high, and returns are often a fight. No desire to help customers out if they can. I'm a contractor so I buy a lot and work with suppliers a lot and I prefer to go to Emco down the street.
