UPDATE: Rating changed from 1 to 4. I received a callback after my initial review. The gentleman who called was genuinely disappointed by how I was treated and offered to send someone over ASAP to help with my pump replacement. Someone came a few hours later. Once on site, the work was done well, quickly, and the worker was considerate and friendly. I appreciate the owner making things right — I just suggest working to make sure the service is always like what I received when I got a callback. :- had it been that way from the start, and speaking only from the experience when someone came onsite, it was 5 stars from there.nnPREVIOUS REVIEW: Called for an emergency pump replacement and drain cleaning. Says they work 24 hours. Told me to call back tomorrow and that he could come. Called this morning only to go to a voicemail box that wasn’t setup. Waited an hour and called again — not even the same guy, says he can come Thursday. Don’t waste your time if you actually need work done.
Thomas responded quickly and efficiently to resolve a low water pressure issue. My well's pressure holding tank needed an upgrade and replacement. I was completely satisfied.
I recommend whole heartedly this company for all your needs in plumbing. I used their services last week for my septic tank that was acting up and this week for installing a toilet. Ahcene was professional, courteous and experienced in all facets of the profession.
Tomas has done work at our home and the cottage and I can’t help but specifically ask for him when I call because I feel he knows the place and I appreciate his advice and knowledge!nBetween the two places we put in a new hot water tank a sand filter and pump and pump connection and valve and everything was done so well!nEverything these days is expensive but I’m happy to pay when things are done right! Thanks team!
We called early Monday morning and within the hour Guiaume arrived checked out the problem and explained what had to be done. He did a super neat job and when finished he checked out that everything was working perfectly. Very impressed with this service. Excellent job. Merci
