Charcuterie heaven! Excellent selection of fine cheeses, olive oil and balsamic bar, organic meats, olives, hot sauces, artisanal condiments, heavenly local chocolates, nutty, earthy and fruity herbal teas and a plethora of other specialty items. Warm, welcoming environment with sweet staff. Owner; previously a chef; has a passion for quality food, is very knowledgeable, helpful and generous with his time and samples. Store is well stocked, spotless and extremely organized. Drop in and discover some delicious treasures today.
My friend and I were in town for a holiday and didn’t feel up for much cooking. We found this place and stocked our fridge with an amazing amount of meat and cheese for the week. The shop offers lots of great options. And we were delighted that the owner made the meat and cheese decisions for us. Who doesn’t love relying on the experts!?!
Our son and his fiancee were eloping to the Rock Water Secret Cove resort on the Sunshine Coast. I wanted to send them a gift basket and the staff at the resort suggested Plethora Fine Foods. I contacted James, the owner, and he put together an absolutely fantastic basket full of wonderful treats and delicious charcuterie and local cider. The newlyweds were blown away by the quantity and quality. We all appreciated that many of the selections we're from local producers. Thanks James! That gift basket was right on the money.
I ordered a platter to have at a branding photo shoot, some fuel to keep the models and photographer happy, and something that would pair well with my cocktails. It was stunning and delicious, with a fresh and colourful array of preserves, pickled veggies, fruit, nuts & crackers to accompany the sliced and beautifully displayed meats and cheeses. I highly recommend Plethora Fine Foods for gourmet platters and all things delicious!

Found this place randomly and wow, was floored at the selection. Not only do they have a wide array of meat and cheese delicacies, they also have an oil tasting section in the back! The people working there had an obvious passion for what they do and stand behind their products 100%. Come visit and you'll be pleasantly surprised as well. Thanks again James for helping us find the perfect picnic supplies for our adventure at Skookumchuck Rapids!

This store is a breath of fresh air for the Sunshine Coast. The selection of locally produced, unique and gourmet goods is top notch. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful, suggesting items that would compliment a dish i’m making or inspiring new pairings i wouldn’t have thought of on my own. The meat and cheese selection is always fresh, bountiful and well-presented. Definitely foodie & party heaven!
Bought a bunch of hot sauces for a hot ones style family event here. The varieties were great, the store was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
Plethoras put on an excellent event last night! Canapes’ & Cocktails It was well attended,the Canapés were beautifully presented & scrumptious. The cocktails were well thought out & expertly constructed & presented. Cashew milk eggnog was delicious & was just one stand out of many. James & his crew knocked it out of the park. So very glad to have this edgy, funky establishment in our small town. Well done!!! Looking forward to your next event.
