Nice, family oriented, small campground. A bit crowded compared to when I was growing up but still very nice. Friendly and helpful residents of the campgrounds with friendly owners willing to lend a hand when needed.

There are campers that look like they have been there for years- dirty and moldy. There are people that live here and they don't seem to like vacationers that come through. The owner rudely called and yelled at us because of complaints from neighboring sites and we werent even at our site! He also left a nasty note at our camper. The site we had was small and had junk from a previous user still there. This place reminds me of a horror movie- run down, bathrooms are old with no lighting outside, no one ever in the rec hall, "game room" was in a basement space (and closed until further notice), old campers, unsafe walkway to the lake... The worst part was the horrible garbage smell from the dumpster 3 sites away. We couldn't enjoy a fire or be outside for most of our trip because it was unbearable! I would not recommend this campground to anyone! I can not stress enough the awful experience we had. Don't let it ruin your vacation too.

I would not go back to this place if the world was ending and my only other option was a sewer system.. It felt like a third world country. Absolutely terrible experience.... the bathrooms were sickening when we arrived, however we were still blamed though we simply did our business and got on with our lives... manager was beyond disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude... do not waste your money here. Rooms were atrocious and had vermin. Tent was broken. Not worth the money.

Best Day Ever when you camp at Pleasant Lake. Great fishing, really nice staff, super close to the city, busy campground but quiet at the same time and best of all it has a mountain feel to it

Place is horrible accidentally went down the wrong way and got kicked out of the place. Honestly couldn't see any signage(sun was facing into our face) and for the first time being there and being called assholes I would never return there!!!! #honestaccident
