Went to get a bridesmaid dress cleaned worth $300. They put safety pins in the dress to pin it to the hanger for some reason was not necessary as it has straps and it left 2 holes in my dress. Dress is now ruined.
The service here is horrible. I would not recommend them for dry cleaning or shipping needs. A little customer service goes a long way, and no customer service goes nowhere.
I gave them some pants to fix the length, they took the measure and everything look fine until I picked up and pants now were too short. I lost them because of the mediocre work of this place
Gave them 4 shirts to clean. All 4 came back dirty. Do not use this drycleaner.
