The most honest hardworking seamstress I've ever met. Fern worked diligently to complete all my tailoring needs in a short turn around. She could have charged me a fortune, but didn't. Very reasonable pricing for the skill level. A+++++
Today I was at a Conference at Vancouver Convention Centre and the hem of my pants came undone. I stopped at Waterfront Tailors and the lady there was very kind and helped pin my pant hem up for an immediate solution. Thank you.
Honestly the biggest rip off! Estimates a ridiculous price out of nowhere based off of how much she thinks you can afford. Charged me $150 to fix two holes in a dress because it was "delicate" material. There's a million other better options in Downtown Vancouver, avoid!
Pricing seems to be based on how lazy/rich/desperate they think you are. They wanted $15 to sew on ONE small button that had become partially detached. Trying to gouge people like this may help in the short term but it is no way to run a business.
