The Plaza Côte-des-Neiges is a mid-size two stories mall located in the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough of Montreal, Quebec, Canada and constructed in 1968. It is operated by Gestion Plaza Côte-des-Neiges.The Plaza has space for over 100 stores. They include a medical clinic, a dental clinic, daycare centre, a movie theatre, restaurants and many small independent businesses.HistoryThe location of Plaza Cote des Neiges had been proposed as far back as the late 1950s.In popular cultureIn 2015, the location of Plaza Cote des Neiges including a few stores was used for the shoot of X-Men: Apocalypse.

At the heart of the multicultural area of Cote-des-neiges. You can find a good deal of clothes grocery stores cinema. Parking available in the back. There is a food court in the ground floor.
Even in the pandemic era you have Canadien tire, Walmart, Marche Fu tai, Pet store, phone repairs, barber shop, fripperie, cinema and other small business at the same building. Prepare to a not attractive building, needs a lot of remodelations. Clients sometimes you feel you are inside an Indiana Jones film.
The mall is dead as many in today's covid-19 situations. How ever in the Asian market I find meat products good quality and reasonable good prices. Of course vegetables are good and fresh, maybe not enough for everyone. Sea food good also, but I don't like to wait for cleaning the fish. Walmart in the mall decent, well managed.
Those of you who are used to these mega malls may be slightly disappointed with Plaza Cote des Neiges. Still it is a decent distraction from what is going on in the world. Think of the malls your parents went to.
There's a renovation going on there. Be careful.
Happy to see it's finally getting a face lift after so many years
What's happening here? If they couldn't afford to complete the renovations, they shouldn't have started. If not for the assemblage of stores that for some reason chose to remain open here, I'd swear it was a refuge for squatters.
