They will only be open to pre-booked private events. Unfortunately they close to the public as of Feb 6/23 due to lack of business/inconsistent business. The escape room and archery side will remain open and may expand.  I enjoyed the food and service when I visited, and the prices were great.

Had a great night here. The food, tacos and fries, were excellent. All the servers were very friendly as well. They have Cornhole, bocce bowling, beer pong, and shuffleboard lanes to play.

We did an escape room with our friends and then had dinner and played lawn games at Playback. The space is large and the games are so much fun! It would be an amazing space for an office party or large gathering as well.

I was here on Saturday. Cool place, with bocci ball, and shuffle board, and bean bag toss. The food is typical sports bar fair. It's okay. I didn't expect to be blown away.  If you're in a group, be aware that the menu is limited. Like severely limited. The menu we were given had about 15 items on it, out of the 45 plus on the main menu. Things like the chicken sandwich, and fish burger, not to mention the vegetarian options, and pizza are apparently a no go in a group.  That's cool, I get that it can be hard with big groups.  Typically I'd give a place like this 3 or 4 stars. So, why the one star review? The ridiculous gratuity I was charged. And it's the sole reason I can't suggest this place.  They have an 18% gratuity on a party. Again fine. The problem is I was charged weird gratuity amounts within the bill says 18% but the math doesn't work, then I was charged 18% on my bill total on top of the included gratuity. And then I was asked again for gratuity when paying I added an extra five dollars, unaware the additional 18% gratuity I was about to be charged. This sketchy gratuity policy led to me paying an additional 45% on my bill.  I'm sorry, but your food, ambiance, and facilities are nowhere worth 45% on the total of my bill. In fact, I'd call that robbery. Need proof of the fuzzy math? Check the attached receipt.

Came into the restaurant for lunch with my Dad.  The server told us that there could be a very long wait for the food because they are short-staffed.  Dad and I decided to leave. We were quite hungry and ate elsewhere instead.  The staff member was friendly and honest though, we appreciated that.  The whole environment there looked and felt very fun! They have lots of awesome games and activities you can try out af a cost.

Place was completely empty mid afternoon. Bar staff on their phone. We had to speak up to get their attention.  We ordered basic nachos and Mediterranean Flatbread. SIMPLE ORDER!!!  IT TOOK about 30 to 40 minutes to get our food. Nachos had hardly anything on them... and a very small portion.  My Flatbread super dry,  had the saltiest goat cheese, smallest cucumber, no ingredients around the edges... and the outside edges were rock hard!!!  That's the kind of food you would expect from a free  sample.  Brutal.  I told the waitress,  she said sorry.

Just came back from this restaurant where I was with work colleagues. We had a very bad experience with the waitress. She never asked us if we needed anything and there was no water on the table for a long time and when we asked her for it, she refused to give us water because there was another table that she needed to make pay. The food also took more than an hour to arrive. There was only 3 tables in the restaurant, and she kept hanging out at the bar talking to I don’t know who. Really unprofessional. However, the food was great.

Rude staff who know nothing about customer service.  Some friends and I showed up at 11 pm on a Friday night, went to the bar and ordered some drinks and the manager rudely told us that the bar is closed.......at 11 pm on a Friday night! You would think that their business is for the most part, selling drinks. Very disappointing. I'll take my business elsewhere.  UPDATE: After posting my initial review, the manager responded see below and asked ME to apologize to HIM and take down my review. He also suggests that I was drunk. I hadn't purchased or consumed any drink because they stopped selling drinks at 11 pm contrary to his assertation. All he had to do to to make me happy was to show a bit of regret that I didn't enjoy my experience there and ask that I give them another opportunity to serve me and try to make it right. The manager is obviously more interested in confrontation and knows little about customer service.

Skip this place if you want a fun night with friends. Reserved a table and escape room for a friends birthday and thought it would be a great place to hangout with 30-somethings that wasn’t a bar downtown. It was horrible. The waitress forgot to send half our tables order to the kitchen so half our table ate while the other half had to wait 15 minutes. When the food arrived, it had been put through a panini press to speed up heating it to get it out of the kitchen. The waitress offered us a free game of choice as an apology - she set up cornhole for us and when we got up from the table to play, another group was using our set up so we were unable to play.  When we returned after our escape room, the wait staff seemed annoyed at us being there at 9pm on a Saturday with few other patrons. Multiple times weren’t served at the bar when friends went for drinks. We had to set up beer pong, cornhole, and shuffle board by ourselves because the staff wouldn’t help. They also lost half our beer pong set so we couldn’t play a full game. The wait staff and bar tenders seemed annoyed we were there. Overall the experience was awful and from reading the other reviews, seems pretty typical these days. A shame this place seems to have gone so downhill.
