I never review anything on Google - this place has less than 0 customer service. You have 5 teenagers working there with nobody being helped.nnWanted to buy a $300 set of irons and a $30 driver. Terrible experience and I strongly suggest everyone stay away from this business. Came on a busy Sunday with some items to trade. They said I could only get the value for them if I bought the same type of item because of surplus inventory. Okay, no problem- I understand that. So I told them I wasn’t going to get skis they didn’t have my son’s size and I was going to get a pair of skates. They gave me the trade in value for the skates and I thought “that seems a bit high but okay because the used skates I saw are priced high too so they are still making a profit”. Because it was busy I paid for the skates, said I would pick them up the next day. Came the next day and the people in the store said there was a miscommunication between their staff and they had given me the trade in value for the skates and the skis and that now owed them an extra $50 for the skates. To say that I am mad is an understatement. I could have bought the same skates at Canadian tire new for less money. Save your time and money and buy your sports equipment elsewhere!!
